Modality and Purpose of the Contract: This property is rented under the mode of seasonal lease, intended to cover accommodation needs for a limited period of time. The purpose of the rental may be, among others, duly justified:

- temporary transfer due to personal or family circumstances;
- other duly justified temporary needs.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 3. 2 of the Urban Leases Act, this contract is not intended to satisfy the tenant's permanent need for housing. It will be essential for the tenant to record and document the cause of the temporality in the formalization of the contract.

It requires financial solvency and demonstrable income, plus two monthly rents as a legal bond, according to Article 36. 1 LAU + a monthly payment of professional intermediation fees, with legally applicable taxes.
