Residential area well served by public transport, and relatively close to the beaches and the historic center...

Very comfortable, this apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, and provides everything you need for your daily life.

This apartment consists of 2 good bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, 1 bathroom, with shower, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a pantry, and a large entrance hall where we have a good wardrobe.

It also has a beautiful balcony, accessible both from the living room and from the kitchen, which offers a wonderful panoramic view over the city of Lagos, with the beautiful bay of Meia Praia and the Serra de Monchique in the background. Simply magnificent!

The monthly rent does not include expenses with the consumption of water, electricity and piped gas. And there is currently no Internet service subscription.

The amount is non-negotiable and proof of income and professional status will be requested to ensure the financial viability of the candidates.

The payment of a deposit equivalent to two months' rent will be requested to guarantee the proper fulfillment of the obligations assumed in the fixed-time lease agreement that is intended to be signed, and will serve to pay for any losses arising from the tenant's responsibility. If there is no loss to be paid at the end of the rental period, the deposit will be returned after check-out.
