- Laundry with washing machine and dryer, Rowenta vacuum cleaner, storage shelves, ironing equipment.
- 1 toilet with storage
- 1 shower room for 3 people with 1 private storage column per person and a large towel dryer!
- 1 large electrified cellar will be available without charge for your electric bicycles/trotnettes or other storage.

Private parties:

- Comfortable room with a premium double bed mattress, duvet, pillows, linen trim and towels provided, desk, basket, chair, storage closet, bedside table, bedside lamp, mirror, wall decoration and secure lock.

Rent: €685/month including charges
Charges : 80€/month with provision and regularization (Internet, electricity, water, heating, home insurance, household garbage tax).

For the same reasons, the apartment is non-smoking and we only accept one person per room.
