Apartment in Madrid, Madrid province

Agadez presents itself as an authentic desert-inspired getaway. Located in the heart of Madrid’s Lista neighborhood, it allows guests to enjoy numerous art galleries or indulge in a Spanish tapas tour. Upon returning home, Agadez invites you to enjoy its 100 square meters of artistic design and unique spaces.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a true Hispano-Saharan oasis. Gold and jute accents fill the entryway, while slate-toned doors reflect its modern Madrid roots. To the left of the entrance lies the first bedroom, exuding an elegant, arid vibe with built-in closets and cream-colored textiles adorning the queen-size bed. Opposite the first bedroom, a second hallway leads to a separate full bathroom featuring a shower and sandy tones.

Further along to the left is the second bedroom, which pays homage to its Saharan inspiration with mahogany wardrobes and a latticework headboard framing the queen-size bed; a spacious dedicated workspace is positioned opposite the bed. Across the hall lies a stunning separate powder room. At the end of the hallway sits the Agadez kitchen, blending slate and sand mineral tones with modern appliances and a cozy breakfast bar. Off the main foyer opens an impressive living-dining area featuring designer furniture, an entertainment system, and an interior balcony filled with desert greenery. French doors at the far end connect to a multi-purpose room featuring an elegant daybed, a terracotta accent wall, and a second workspace.
