Nordicway presents this spacious and modern bungalow located in Campo Internacional, Maspalomas, within a quiet and well-maintained residential complex. One of the property’s main highlights is its generous private outdoor space, featuring a large natural-grass garden and a pleasant covered terrace.

Its excellent location provides convenient access to the Maspalomas Dunes and Maspalomas Beach, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Easy parking is also available in the surrounding area.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a spacious L-shaped private garden that practically surrounds the bungalow. The garden features a sunbathing area with loungers, an outdoor table and chairs, and plenty of open space to enjoy the outdoors. From the garden, there is access to a covered terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area.

The terrace leads directly into the living room, a spacious and bright area furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, storage furniture and a dining area. To one side is the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, hob and microwave. Next to the kitchen, a hallway provides access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and to the laundry area with washing machine.

Continuing along the hallway is the sleeping area. The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a small dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the living room is a third room designed as an additional lounge and relaxation area, furnished with a chaise longue and TV furniture.

All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and every room has exterior-facing windows, providing plenty of natural light throughout the property.

The residential complex offers communal swimming pools, including a children’s pool, as well as landscaped garden areas.
