The bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and beautiful sea views, so that the Atlantic also accompanies you when you wake up.

The property also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and a practical utility room with a washing machine, space for drying clothes, and a large closet for storing suitcases and other belongings.

Patalavaca: a little paradise to enjoy the winter

Patalavaca is one of those special corners in the south of Gran Canaria that invites you to stay. Its beach, located in an area relatively sheltered from the wind, offers a privileged environment to enjoy the sun and the ocean.

From the building itself, you can go directly down to the beach without needing a car.

Its excellent location allows you to enjoy pleasant walks along the coast to the charming fishing village of Arguineguín or in the direction of the well-known Anfi del Mar beach.

In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and various services, all within walking distance.

Opposite the apartment is the Kai Club, an attractive private club with a pool, relaxation areas, and an interesting gastronomic offering. Its facilities are for private use and are subject to the establishment's rates and conditions.

Seasonal rental only, with a minimum stay of 5 months.

The rent includes water and electricity up to a combined maximum consumption of €100 per month, internet connection, and real estate brokerage fees.

Proof of sufficient financial solvency is required.

The lease is intended exclusively for justified temporary stays, not as a habitual or permanent residence.
