"Ca Teva" means in Mallorquin "Your House". I try to make every property you buy or rent with my company to become your real home.
My name is Nadiya Maksyuta, Im Ukrainian and moved to Mallorca 9 years ago. I fell in love with the island, its people, its culture, its architecture, its mountains and above all, its beautiful beaches.
After gaining experience working in the real estate and holiday letting sector I decided to create my own company to be able to offer a personalized service to both clients and owners.
Today I can offer you exquisite properties for sale: villas with swimming pool, villas with sea views, fincas with land, apartments in the city centers, apartments near the sea, building plots with projects and any dream house you may have.
All my vacation rental villas offer you the maximum comfort and quality, because the owners who I collaborate with, are very responsible people and care of your perfect vacations.
In my company we give you personalized service in different languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, Spanish or Catalan. We are with the clients from the beginning of their search path till the completion day and we provide after-sales services. We are the reliable contacts on the island for any matter.
