We are Peter and Rita and we bought a finca with a ruin on it about 19 years ago and had the opportunity to rebuild it into our dream house. We met a lot of people during this process who were looking for a property as well and had had bad experiences with estate agents. They were often lied to or were asked for huge deposits. We had the same experience as well when we were looking.This prompted us to start our own business especially after so many people asked us to help them to find the right property that was completely legal.

One of the reasons people sell and buy with us is that we speak Dutch, English, German and Spanish. For our Russian and French clients we have a translator available. Our services don’t stop after a sale because we can assist you in arranging all kind of permissions, changing vehicle registrations, internet, insurance and property management. Because we used to live in the campo we know all about solar systems etc. And we have a specialist who will find the right system for you. Also Peter has been an official builder in Holland for over 20 years.

If you find a property privately or with another estate agent you can also use our office to check all the paperwork and help you through the whole buying process. We also work with several lawyers who speak English and German.
