We are Peter and Rita and we bought a finca with a ruin on it about 19 years ago and had the opportunity to rebuild it into our dream house. We met a lot of people during this process who were looking for a property as well and had had bad experiences with estate agents. They were often lied to or were asked for huge deposits. We had the same experience as well when we were looking. This prompted us to start our own business especially after so many people asked us to help them to find the right property that was completely legal.

Present
We are proud to say that we can still remain the same as we were before, trustworthy and honest, and staying true to our beliefs and principals of honesty and integrity. That is also the reason we say we are the estate agent you can really trust!

One of the reasons people sell and buy with us is that we speak Dutch, English, German and Spanish. For our Russian and French clients we have a translator available. Our services don’t stop after a sale because we can assist you in arranging all kind of permissions, changing vehicle registrations, internet, insurance and property management. Because we used to live in the campo we know all about solar systems etc. And we have a specialist who will find the right system for you. Also Peter has been an official builder in Holland for over 20 years.

With all our experience we think we are the best partner to help you find the right property and make your dreams come true. If you find a property privately or with another estate agent you can also use our office to check all the paperwork and help you through the whole buying process. We also work with several lawyers who speak English and German.

All our partners are legal companies! Be aware that a lot of the properties offered on the internet are not by registered or official estate agents! We are a very active company who tries to be on top all the time to provide the best service to buyers and sellers.

Just take a look on our website and if you see something interesting feel free to contact us.
