Spain’s Property Market Keeps Climbing in Q3 2025

Spain’s housing market grew in the third quarter of 2025. Both prices and sales picked up, and activity stayed strong across most regions. The land registry reports an average home price of €2,303 per square metre. That is a 2.3% rise from the previous quarter and 15.2% higher than a year ago. Prices for used homes increased faster than prices for new builds. Madrid and the Balearic Islands remain the most expensive regions, each above €4,000 per square metre. Extremadura and Castilla La Mancha remain the lowest.
